A beautiful evening awaits. Join us in San Francisco at The Olympic Club Lakeside as we celebrate our love, surrounded by the people who mean the most to us.

Dress Code
Black Tie Optional
We invite our guests to dress up and celebrate with us! Floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, tuxedos, and dark suits are all appropriate. While a tuxedo is not required, we encourage guests to embrace the occasion and dress formally.

For guests staying at the Grand Hyatt SFO or Ubering to the hotel:
The shuttle will depart from the front of the Grand Hyatt SFO at 3:30 PM and take you to the Olympic Club.

If you are not staying at or Ubering to the Grand Hyatt SFO, we’ll meet you at the Olympic Club at 4:00 PM.

The Evening

Shuttle Pick-Up
Shuttle departs from the front of the Grand Hyatt SFO for the Olympic Club Lakeside.

4:00 PM
Guest Arrival
Arrive at the Olympic Club Lakeside and settle in as we prepare to begin the evening.

4:30 PM
The Ceremony
Join us as we exchange vows and begin this next chapter together.

5:00 PM
Cocktail Hour
Raise a glass, enjoy passed bites, and mingle with friends and family.

6:00 PM
Dinner & Toasts
An evening of wonderful food, heartfelt toasts, and celebration.

8:00 PM
Dancing
The evening continues with music, dancing, and memories to last a lifetime.

Late Night
A late-night bite to keep the celebration going.

10:30 PM
Shuttle Departure
The night ends with one shuttle departing from the front of the club at 10:30 PM to take guests back to the Grand Hyatt SFO. Please plan to be on board, as this is the only return trip.
