What is the dress code?
Black Tie Optional. We invite our guests to dress up and celebrate with us! Floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, tuxedos, and dark suits are all appropriate. While a tuxedo is not required, we encourage guests to embrace the occasion and dress formally.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, transportation, and seating.
Where will the wedding take place?
Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors at The Olympic Club – Lakeside Clubhouse.

Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a guest's name, we would love to celebrate with them. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, at the Grand Hyatt SFO.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Yes, we highly recommend using the shuttle. Complimentary round-trip shuttle service will be available to and from The Olympic Club. Please indicate your transportation plans when completing your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
What time will the shuttle start picking up guests?

Is parking available?
Yes, there is free parking at the Olympic Club.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please respond by August 15th so we can finalize seating and catering arrangements.
